General Temperature Range: -40°F to +400° F

Advantages:

• Excellent chemical and oil resistance
• Excellent high temperature
• Fair dry running
• Resistance to wide range of oils and solvents; specially all aliphatic, aromatic and halogenated hydrocarbons, acids, animal and vegetable oils.

Disadvantages:

• High relative cost
• Difficult to process
• Poor cold followability
• Not recommended for ketones, low molecular weight esters and nitro containing compounds.

Applications:

• Automotive fuel handling
• Aircraft engine seals
• High temperature applications requiring good compression set performance
• General industrial seals and gaskets
